EUROStar III

The EUROStar III is specifically designed for the requirements of indirect immunofluorescence. Expensive and unnecessary components have been omitted to streamline the design. The conventional complex illumination fittings have been replaced by the stunningly simple EUROStar Bluelight system.
Engineers at EUROIMMUN AG have introduced blue light-emitting diodes to fluorescence microscopy. Almost all the emitted light is suitable for the excitation of fluorescein.

The EUROStar Bluelight does not emit ultraviolet radiation and is explosion proof.

The EUROStar Bluelight is immediately ready for use, eliminating the need for warm-up and cool down associated with other light sources. The LED Bluelight has a lifespan of 50,000 hours – which is 500 times longer than a mercury vapor lamp, requiring minimal maintenance.

Utilizing a halogen transmitted-light source, the EUROStar III Plus is suited for brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast or polarization microscopy.

EUROStar III is designed to accommodate a digital camera assembly that can be interfaced with our unique EUROphoto software for reporting and archiving
